Workplace safety is priority at Lafarge and every employee at the Ravena plant is personally responsible for keeping the place as safe as possible.

Here are a few pictures I took of a recent safety improvement effort.

Part of the project involved touching up all the bright yellow “caution paint” that’s found throughout the plant. It was a lot of work, but it gave everyone a nice break from their regular duties.
